    GOOD! ;)

p.s. anymore tips like that...send em my way! ;D
  • This is a similar idea for wealthy students ( There are some ).

Alway take the maximum amount allowed by the Student Loan Company even though you do not need it.

Shove it in an ISA or another account paying about 5%.
Send of an R85 , if eligible, for tax frre interest on your investment.

The interest on your investment will excced the interest on your loan.

    You know it makes cents.

Top it all up by getting one or more student overdrafts from banks.

If your parent give you a "parental contribution" to help you through college they may wish to give it to you using two or more cheques. You may then open one or more Student's Bank Accounts using the parental conributions.

Read the small print.  If I was a bank I would have a clause that says " I the applicant will not open more than one Student Account" ... or words to that effect.

Do not attempt to defraud only try to find legal opportunities.

Ahh....nice thought robert, but youre a bit too late to help me with that one. I finished uni last month (hence the debts!!). I was a student nurse though so didnt qualify for a student loan. I did take out the overdraft 0%. But i dont use this account because i dont like the bank. I use another for my current account, but just pay £2 a month in to the student one to keep them happy.... and keep the overdraft at 0%.

When i opened my student account 3 and a bit years ago im sure that it was illegal to open more than one student account... this might have changed. If it has then i feel diddled! Oh No, The thought of two 0% overdrafts!!!!! never mind, too late now! Still I think the debt was worth it, should bring home my first wage at the end of this month! The bank will think ive stollen it!!

    ;D ;D ;D
