Phone Debt (Three - 3) HELP!!!!

hi guys not sure if this section is where this is destined but i thought it was so sorry if it isnt

basically i had a phone out on 3 - 20 pounds per month but in december one night i was on the phone with my ex and we basically fell asleep on the fone , the call kept on going as id used all my minutes too it was charging me anyway i got the bill that month and it was about 90 quid , at that time i had hardly any income so the payments bounced now the bill is 150 quid but im in full time employment now but wont be able to make the full payment this month but i want to pay something at least , does anyone have expierience with paying three bills like this some rude bloke rang and when i said i could pay on the 10th march (tommorow) he said oh that sounds great mr roberts but i cannot give you that ammount of time this was only 28th of feb and he goes give me the details of a family members card to pay it ? your assuming i have that luxury having mum or dad to pay it well i didnt , but strangly his phone cracked up and he just shouted contact 3 asap please mr roberts
so basically id just want to pay maybe so much a month on top of the 20 pounds

I had alot of problems with 3 not over bills but trying to cancel my contract. Everytime i phoned them they couldn't understand what i was saying and basically wouldn't listen to me. I kept getting bills through with Admin charges on even though i hadn't used my contact phone for over a year. I eventually got them to cancel my contract but was still receiving bills. I phoned them again and they said it would stop. I eventually got a bill through that at the bottom said my account had now been closed. I ended up paying them what they wanted as i didn't want them chasing me for the couple of pounds.

I wrote to them last weekend telling them about their lack of customer service and they way in which they treat their customers is absolutely shocking. I also threatened to report them to offcom i got a phone call from them on Wednesday saying they were sorry about the way that i had been treated and that they are going to send me a refund.

If you don't get anywhere with 3 over the phone i would write to them and let them know what you plan to do. You might get further that way.
