What Next??

I have received all my CCCS paperwork and have compiled the wage slips and statements from the creditors and put in the signed agreement and also put in details of creditors with ref number etc.. who I no longer receive any paperwork for.

I am posting this out today, but what happens next? Will someone from CCCS be calling me to go through the financial statement etc...? I filled in the financial bit on the remedy but some info has changed such as rent arrears is cleared and got an accurate guaranteed wage together for my husband (we thought it was £1150, but works out at £1100 instead). Also got other accurate outgoings figures.

Should I ring them and go through this now?

I think you should call them to update your budget sheet to make sure that all's OK.
  • Updating the budget sheet with them now. The lady nearly wouldnt let us go ahaead with it though. She said we are not able to pay enough for the amount of debt. She accepted it on a low start DMP. I have to try hard to get more work in now.
