Is this a good deal ?

My 2 year deal is coming to an end in may.
The new offer from Abbey is
Property value = 135000
Amount 97000
Duration = 10 years
4.49% fixed
250 cash back
monthly payment 1007
Fee = 49
Actual cost = 24168 + 49 = 24217
2yr fixed

    This information is now too short and not enough. With the current market you will require the current house price which will then provide you with your LTV. By having this you are able to shop around.

    I suggest obtaining an IFA and also pop into different banks and building societies. Do not leave it too late. I give a turnaround of at least 6 weeks minimum in order to transfer to a new institution.
