Dress alterations West Mids

Just wondering if anyone has found a good dress alterater in the Birmingham/ West midlands area?
My landy dress does not fit properly and I am struggling to get a tailor who will not break the bank! Wedding dress shops seem to charge a standard £85 fitting fee which seems very expensive when the dress was only £120! or they only do their own dresses. The tailors on the high street won't even quote me before they see the dress but I don't want to be lugging my wedding dress around Birmingham city centre!
The dress just needs taking in around the bust area.
Any suggestions of some one good but not overly expensive please??
