Just-Dial online billing - it doesn't work

When I try to view my bill, I just get redirected to the One Tel website and that doesn't recognise my account number.
I am loathe to give them all my details as I really don't want to be switched to another company when I've had no say in the matter.
How easy is it to change to the newly recommended Primus company, because I don't hold out much hope of getting anything sensible from Just Dial?

Very easy to change to Primus.Call their sales team after 12 noon on
