A nutty plan ?

Trying to get to 90% LTV for August, we were thinking of building a conservatory anyway. If we do so and use a 0% loan from the company to pay for it, in theory could the added value to the house negate the fact we have a £7000 personal unsecured loan when remortgaging ?

Forget the extra borrowing for whatever the reason !
You only have 10% equity so overpay if possible for the next few months and get a new long term mortgage deal 5 years plus! in August.
