form help.... again

right just adding last bits before tomorrow. Our bank accounts are going on the form , but as they are in their overdraft do they also need to go in the unsecured creditors boxes as well as the bank accounts box?

OK.... how about an over due gas bill that is now being delt with by a debt collection agency - do i list the debt with the agency or the BG??

I put my overdraft current account in the unsecured section - hope that helps:)

You put your gas supplier as the creditor, then the address will be that of the debt collection agency

It doesn't really matter who you list. I listed all the original creditors and not any of the DCA's because I couldn't keep up - some creditors had 2 or 3 DCAs chasing me. It was never questioned.
