Football Shirt Number and Name Printing

Two of my brothers birthdays are coming up this month, I have purchased them a footy shirt each and want to get their names and a number printed on the back. Is there anywhere online, I can do this? I'd like to find a site where I can choose from various designs/font etc.., send off the shirts and have them resent.
Actually if there is no-way that does this, someone should get on it because it seems like a pretty good business niche to me.
Failing that, what sort of high street shops will do this? I mean, specifically, I'm assuming places like sports clothing shops possibly. Many thanks!
