Enamel bath

Hi
I have an enamel bath and someone has taken some of the enamel off,it looks like the top coat has come off.It is just on the bottom of it the sides are perfect.Is there any spray/paint that I could repair it with?

I painted our enamel bath with Hammerite paint because i figured if it was all right for radiators it would be fine for the bath.It looked amazing when it was done - until water was run!!! thats when the paint started peeling off and has been doing for about 4yrs now because we can`t afford to replace it.
We laugh about it now, but it is in a state.
