Hi everyone, Would anyone know where I can find sample letters to send to my credit card companies asking if they could reduce my or freeze my interst. As I am having payment difficulties at the moment and need to write to them to see if they can freeze/reduce my interest. I have a hsbc mastercard and barclaycard. Could anyone point me in the right direction please ? Has anyone dealt with these companies for similar resons. Any advise would be helpful .
