There are loads of these adverts for creams, fillers etc that use very young women or an older woman but shine a light in her face to bleach out all signs of humanity!

and the one that says "Not ready for plastic surgery?" like everyone must want plastic surgery at some point

Ok, I need to calm down now.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

Linda, serious question, am I right in saying that Moutwashes are a waste of money

Most are basically a glorified breath freshener, and some even contain alcohol.
However Corsodyl is a very good one (but causes staining so not to be used for long periods of time) as it contains chlorhexidine which inhibits the formation of plaque and can treat post operative conditions and gum conditions.

Corsodyl have just brought out a daily one too.

I do use mouth wash myself though because it does feel nice!
Mouthwash is never a substitute for good brushing though.
