    Off out for a run-had mahoosive Sunday lunch, was lush. In a mood now with Len.



    And Im flat-footed-DH says I make suction noises when I walk on tiled floors and jokes I can walk up walks.....I can run. Always SAID I couldn't, always SAID I couldnt do lots of things actually. Stopped saying 'I can't' and just doing things....wish I hadn't waited til I was nearly 40 to do it.
