What should I put?
I have got as far as
I am writing to give 2 weeks notice to terminate my Debt Management Plan with yourselves.
I would be grateful if you can confirm in writing that this has been done.
Its a bit short, does it matter? Anything else I should put? I dont really want to give reasons due to them obviously trying to stop me moving etc..but should I?

Thanks. I have all that info here, still get statements monthly from the majority and the rest I have been in contact with. Some are charging interest, but I will add the bit about them sending my up to date /final statement.0

Just thought, my notice will take me to the next payment due date, I hope they wont demand a final payment from me. I believe the first payment I paid was their set up fee, so do they give this back? Thought I read that they did, but at their discretion.
