Yes it seems a good deal paying 3.75% for instant access?

    BUT

"Instant Access – your money is there when you need it, interest will be lost in any month a withdrawal is made. If a withdrawal is made in any of the first six months after the account has been opened, only the bonus rate (0.50%) will be paid on that month."

So its NOT instant access if you want to get the headline rate

The headline rate of 3.75% will probably diminish within the 6 months, so this account is not as attractive as it first appears. Beware of Sneaky bankers!!
