Electricity, Power shift or just normal tariff??? Which works out cheaper?

in N. Ireland
i try to time my washing machine to come on after 12 at night and before 8am, but from 4-7pm thats when my cooker etc on so would it be worth changing to having jsu one rate of electric? Thanks
