I still think your utilities split 3 ways are low. You need to make sure you maximise your allowances to you can have a reasonable standard of living without credit. Make sure you up your housekeeping/groceries to at least £250 because I'm sure there are lots of little bits and pieces that you are leaving out etc.

    Good luck on Monday.

Are you in a professional job that requires suit? Dry cleaning £10. Do you pay professional/union fees?

    Hope that helps a bit.

Thanks you for the advice Tiger feet!

Should i just re-do the SOA and print it out and insert it as an extra sheet? stating that i have re-assessed everything due to not having a vehicle and after going through all statements with a fine tooth comb?

Guessing i could say that i hadnt had my winter gas and electric bills when i did the form so they were based on summer figures?

    Thanks again everyone

Now my next question is - can i put the money that i should have every month for electricity, gas, presents etc into a savings account or am i best taking it out in cash and then saving it in a sealed tin?

Are we allowed savings when we are bankrupt? - If so, how much can we have?
