non regulated hp agreement for car
I have a car which is a non regulated hp. I have made all payments on time and am now comeing to the end of the agreement. I have a final ballon payment to make which is more than the current value of the car. Do I have any other options rather than paying the baloon.
It was a 1 payment at ???? followed by 35 payments at ??? then 1 final payment of ?????.
Not sure if it matters but I am in Scotland
