Hi all,
On the 23rd of Feb 2009 I was approved in principal for a £90,000 mortgage with the Post Office.
I now need to increase this to £103,500 - is this ltoo soon to reapply, and am I likely to be refused for applying twice in a short period fo time?

When you applied for a mortgage did they not say how much they were prepared to lend you on the income you gave them !
If you have found a better / more expensive property but still have a good deposit you need to contact them and ask.0 -

Give them a call - I've no idea what your income etc is like so impossible to say if they'll agree it.
The date issue won't be a problem though.0
