That is so good - your husband must be very arty.
I'm grateful my OH says generally nice things about my craft attempts but the thought of him actually trying something himself would bring both of us out in a cold sweat !:eek:I was going to take over the world but got distracted by something sparkly.......0 -
two years ago I decided that the children were growing up fast and I needed something to keep myself amused as I was no longer needed 24/7
I thought I'd give cardmaking a go and make cards for friends and family birthdays
I ordered a few bits and got hooked immediately
Hubby tried it as well and loved it !! within a couple of weeks we'd made more than we could ever have needed lol so we tried to sell them , two years later we've got a thriving little business !!
we'll never be millionaires but it provides us with a bit of money in the bank , something we can do together and we're happy
lots of people have commented about the fact that he makes cards and how nice it must be for us to do that together although the people in his office just won't believe that he's made some of the cards he takes in lol0 -
Sunrise27, that's such a sweet story, thanks for sharing it with us. I think it's great that you and your husband can do something like that together.0
