Just been talking to a family friend who thinks they know everything there is to know...
They are saying that a DCA has no right to place a default on your credit file? is this true??
My brother has a default on his file that was placed by robinson way and not the company he owed money to...
so what is correct? can a dca place a default on your file or not?
