    For remission of the court fee, with 2 kids, you would need gross annual income (from all sources) less than £17470. I think you might just be the wrong side of that but you need to check your gross (not net) wages. Also the figures might go up in April.

    For Legal Help the calculation is more complex but I think you might just be the right side on that one.
