Had a biryani and naan ... and managed to pick up some 50p sausages and 2Kg of spuds at half price, so that's also the next 3-4 days covered. ... probably longer.

to think, you gave me carp for spending £20 on a pair of socks, and here's you pouring £4.65 down the drain when you could have bought a frozen tikka masala for 99p.

TWENTY QUID!!! On a pair of socks????
  • I went and bought myself a new camera lens (£30 from a second hand shop), a lens adaptor (£10 from a uk supplier on ebay) and then a maternity pillow for £20 at my local argos. Then a bit of food from Tesco.

Helping the economy is fun. Having Quidco cashback to pay for it is even more fun

 you mean the world wide recession is all MSE's fault and not the bankers after all  . Who'd have thought Martin could bring the world to its' knees

Sorry Gordon, I'll get me (£4.99 from charity shop) coat :o
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
