Shows as £5.46 now, still not a bad price but not sure how that compares with Amazon, or buying the CD (seen it for £7.99 but it could be cheaper somewhere?).

Bought it Saturday but having trouble downloading it. Downloaded the tesco software, got windows media player 11, but just cant get album to download. Mailed their help but so far they have only suggested I do what I have already done. Anyone else had a problem with tesco digital downloads and know how to solve it?
When I select to download the album wont load it into the tesco download manager and media player tells me it cant play the file.

Hi Try your fiewall isnt blocking the download. you could turn it off for a few minutes see if that works. If its zone alarm make sure the tesco software is allowed access to the internet.

I had a problem when I tried downloading an album the day I first downloaded the Tesco software. Their helpdesk e-mailed me saying:

"I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We were having problems on the server earlier this week. Those have been resolved, I have checked your account and your order does exist so you will be able to download the music."

I think I left it a few hours - or maybe til the next day - and tried to download it again and it worked ok. I just went into the "my account" section and found the order, clicked on it, and it downloaded fine. Hope it works ok for you. If not go back to their helpdesk.
