hi all
i am about to take my union to court over a professional negligence in dealing with my work.
I have heard on here that you can go through your house/car insurance to take this matter through courts.
what exactly do i need on the cover and what would it cover
thanks

You need to see if your policy includes cover for legal expenses. Some do, and some offer it as an optional extra. If you have such cover it will have a special phone number. You need to start by calling them and explaining the problem. They will give some basic legal advice and, if necessary, take it forward.0 -
If your home insurance dosen't cover this - you could get legal cover from citizens advice and also if you have been paying the union a membership fee they might have to repay any fee's you incur - ask cab...Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0
