Abbey: move to new deal or wait?

We're on a fixed rate with Abbey til August 09 of 5.69% (I think) We have a mortgage of around £67000. I just opened a letter from Abbey offering us a chance to remortgage with them now, without having to pay an early repayment charge. We have until March 20th to make up our minds. I'm not sure if its better to wait until August and then shop around, or take up their offer. Any opinions?
