Companies Going Into Administration (EBTM)

Hi All,
I hope I put this in the correct forum, If not. Please correct/move as appropriate.
Basically - Im not sure what to do, I placed an order with EverythingButTheMusic on Feb 17th (where it was unclear to the public they were to go into administration) Well my order was placed, money was debited from my account (£29) on the 18th Feb and no order was ever dispatchd. I then just checked the website to find out the company have now gone into administration - I have emailed what used to be the companies email address, but im not sure what to do. Have I just lost £29? I know it probably doesnt sound like a lot to some people - however it is a fair bit of money to go loosing!
From reading articles on the internet - the company was well aware they were to go into administration before feb, so really they shouldnt have been taking any orders, yet they did!! Im quite annoyed, but as i thought it was a big company (linked to Kerrang Magazine) I didn't think there would be any problems.
Is there anything I can do, or do I just leave it and loose the money?
Thanks in advance!

Well, it is not impossible you might get something from the administrators - I guess they must have a list of orders placed but not fulfulled, so if it was me, I'd write to them giving all details of your purchase and see what response you get.0
