my husband is self employed his work is really quiet what should we do if hes got no work i dont work have three children including one at college have no savings r we entitled to anything have a morgage

You should find all the social security benefits that are available to you.
Being self-employed myself I can tell you that you are not entitled to JSA.
If your OH has no work, you must inform HRMC and stop them deducting class 2 NIC. If he is due to make a payment of tax/NI on account in July then you should also let HMRC know and get that payment waived
