    sorry to sound pessimistic, but does anyone actually have one of these and are they any good?

    seems a lot of hassle to me with the washing up? :confused:

    having said that, i've love to get one!!

    You're not being pessimistic. These are a nightmare to wash up and block vessels so you are quite right. Cheers (and hurl)

    Not at all! You can put everything in the dishwasher except the base unit. That is a little fiddly, but no harder than cleaning a gas hob - it is a shallow dish shape with four prongs in the middle.

    blood vessels? Of course - as does most comfort food. Quite why you choose to single chocolate fountains out for criticism in this regard escapes me.
