Liquid Mascara all over beige carpet and up the walls!!!

Options
Please help ~ my friend's son has thrown her liquid Mascara down the hall in a temper (long story!) and it's accidentally gone all up the walls and all over their beige bedroom carpet

Her other half has taken most of the liquid off by using hot water and elbow grease but there is still a stain on the walls and carpet. Any ideas oh wise ones? :D

Kids eh? I'd try biological washing powder dissolved in hot water - the enzymes 'eat' stains - or the trusty Stardrops which is very good on carpet. Failing that has your friend tried eye make up remover? It's a long shot but might be worth a go ;) HTH
