There is a Columbia Shop at Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village near Ellsmere Port and they stock the shoes and boots. I know you might not live near there but if you can get their phone number they maybe willing to pot you some out if you know the style etc?
Also just had a quick look on ebay and there are some listed on there.
