Help in understanding my eye test prescription!

Hello all,

I've just had my eyes tested and wanted to get my lenses replaced by CiliaryBlue, but I'm having trouble completing their online order form - it states that I should have figures for measurements which my optician has left blank. I'm slightly long sighted and require glasses for near work.

My prescription is:

Dist:
Right: Sph +2.00, [Cyl, Axis, H Prism, Base, V Prism, Base are all blank.]
Left: Sph +2.00, Cyl -0.50, Axis 165, [H Prism, Base, V Prism, Base blank.]
Inter:
Everything has been left blank
Near:
Everything has been left blank
Aided VA:
Right: Dist 6/6, Inter [blank], Near N5
Left: Dist 6/6, Inter [blank], Near N5

When trying to order new 'near' lenses I am prompted to include a NearAdd value or left/right Near Sphere, but the prescription doesn't have anything about either of those. Should they have been left blank?

Hi indiegirl, just put the figures in the near boxes and proceed, it will then allow you to, or ring 01455 290675 and ask for katie on customer service she will help you.
