    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I know a couple of blokes likes that, trouble is they are either gay or taken.

    I think I need a filling and I am literally terrified. I've had a fear of dentists all my life, but it has suddenly got so much worse over the last 2 years that I start to dread the reminder coming through the door.

    my dentist prescribed it for me. I love my dentist. You couldn't get me near a dentist for anything till he persuaded me, well gassed me actually but you get the idea
