   What is it with Philadelphia containers???
They seem to hurl themselves out of the fridge at any given opportunity and split smearing Philly everywhere.
The tubs and lids are useless.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Missed you yesterday - even if you did tell me off.

Not a telling off ( yet), just a little encouragement.
To strangle a quote.....'There is a very fine line between fishing and just standing by the river'..........what you want is there, you just have to do something about it.

I limited myself to one post yesterday cos I had to sleep! 62 hour week in 5 days.

hey becky. those strands that were on it were in high concentration on the bottom left hand nub of the femur in coming out from a central point on the side of the bone and looked like a spiders web but were bright white whereas those are grey.... does that make sense?

just got a cross on your one linda? xx

ps thanks for all the knee wishes folkies. basically had the mri done yesterday in a mobile scanning unit. The imaging stuff is in the room yu come out in to, me being nosy saw it and asked if i could look (have always held morbid fascinations with mri's/xrays.. I had an incredible guided tour of my own brain by a lovely consultant last year, was extremely surreal and yes i do have one for those that wonder... I even have a hypothalamus AND a pituary gland, I know i've seeeeen them:P
Aaaanyway, on a front on view of my knee was the bottom of my femur and top of my fib and tib. all the bone was grey except for a lovely bright white spiders web mark across the left hand corner of my femur,
Me "oooh that doesn't look so good"
Radiographer "i'm not allowed to comment *wink* but you're right"
    me "ooooh boooger".

was fascinating to see though, highly recommended!!! :rotfl:

and i have to have my wissy tooh out on monday wahahahahey!!! going for a full body MOT me!!!! :D

Bookie so sorry to read of your disappointment, s/he'll be here in his/her own good time. and much less traumatic for DD's body. big hugs sweetie and treat yourself to that curry. Lots of love. xxxx

    Did the Tour take long?
Does the MOT include the Emissions Test?
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D
