Credit Agreement-is it worthless
Options
I completed on additional borrowing with my mortgage provider. Having applied for interest only terms, but then received and signed the credit agreement act of 1974 which stated repayment terms,
although at the interest only monthly repayment figure. Can the lender then claim they made a mistake and change my loan to rectify their mistake or are they bound by the credit agreement. Obviously I would be quite happy if they stuck to the original agreement and they are trying hard to get me to settle with them. Any one know the law? can I insist they honour the original agreement?
