at my parties i make a massive pot of chilli and a pot of rice. Give that to people first and means they might eat less lol. Or you could just do chilli and bread if rice is too messy? At nother it was a big chicken curry served with bread. Now i have a SC, theres no trouble with keeping it warm
Iceland do really cheap garlic bread - i think its something like £2 for 4 or 6 - again a good filler upper! You could also make your own and really wow people (but you have to think of the practicality sometimes , you dont want to be tied to a stove all night. A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men :cool:

Have you got a trade warehouse in your area that also has a shoppers club?
We have one near us and it does catering size packs of everything you might need.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
