Well, what I would do, is get a Christmas card-style envelope, open it up, draw round it on some wrapping paper, cut it out and get the pritt-stick out.
For different sized cards you could draw round your card, (add about .5 cm in each direction, then draw round the triangly bits of your original opened-out envelope in the right places, so you have a new envelope shape to cut out of the right size. (Check your triangles will be long enough to meet in the middle, you might have to extend them a bit. But I'm sure a bit of trial and error will get you there in the end.)
So that the address can be read easily, either stick on a sticky white label and write on it, or make your own labels by cutting a sheet of A4 printer paper into even sized pieces, and apply pritt-stick.
Make sure you use thick enough wrapping paper so it doesn't get wrecked in the post. Or ordinary white printer paper would probably do just as well.A penny saved is a penny gained0 -
