Hi.
How to find the tax-office when U only work part time and get paid less that free allowance(basically U pay no tax).
We need to find my wife's tax-office(for passport purposes) but at her work is being told they have no office?????
Any suggestions?

The office where her records will be kept will be the one dealing with the last employer where she paid tax. She can ring the PAYE employees helpline with her NI number and they will tell her.

Not everyone wiil have a tax office, if you don't earn enough to pay tax and haven't done for some time. Does she get P60 from employer? If so there should be a PAYE ref at the top and her employer can tell her which tax office they are registered with too. HTH
