Problem with Barclays Partner Finance

I have been with CCCS for a couple of years now and have 4 creditors that I pay via them. The only creditor I have problems with is Barclays partner finance.
Every 6 months i get a letter saying that my account is due a review. So every time, i contact cccs to get them to send an income and expenditure to BPF. This is where the problem begins. It seems that BPF do not get any post as they never receive my income and expenditure and end up adding fees to my account. (£12 every time they send me a letter) I had this problem when BPF were known as Clydesdale but not as bad as this.
BPF wanted an upto date income and expenditure in Jan which i requested was sent out. Since then I have had calls, texts and letters all informing me that my account is in arrears. I am still paying them but as they are waiting for my I&E they have put the minimum payment back up, which is putting me in arrears.
CCCS have sent 5 copies of my I&E in the last 2 months and will not send anymore (which is fair enough) and BPF are still saying they are not receiving them.
I dont know what to do now as BPF keep adding admin costs to my account and there seems to be no more that i can do. CCCS keep refering me back to BPF and visa versa.
Please Help!!!!

This is a worry. As I have just started the CCCS process, and BPF is one of my creditors.
The interest on my BPF loan (currently in an interest free period) doesn't kick in until July, so hopefully the CCCS can stop it before it appears.0 -
Ive tried the faxing option. I cant remember but either CCCS will not send it by fax or BPF will not receive them by fax.
My balance is only around £450 but this is rising due to the admin charges they keep applying. I have just lost my job so saving up to pay them off is impossible at the mo. I am just about managing to pay the usual amount to CCCS.
Thanks for your advice0 -
I was just wondering if it is possible to try and claim back these charges BPF are adding to my account?0
