At Lidl they are selling 5 energy saving bulbs for 40p. Good thing is the make is Phillips which are good.

Morrisons where selling them for around 50p for 5 also

I remember buying low energy bulbs in 80s for around £15 for 1 and they were heavy, They aint have come down

i bought some of these, one blew first time i switched it on, so much for long lasting, i wonder if the price is reflecting the quality
