Debt help needed

Never been on anything like this before, but need advice.
I have debt of 35K, and dont know where to turn. Really struggling with repayments, and at times drawing money from credit cards to pay other cards (bad i know).
Had a loan company round tonight (have 7days cooling of period) for a secured loan.
Dont know if this is the way to go. Any advice ?

Hi Shell
Welcome to the forum
Borrowing your way out of debt is not the answer, especially with a secured loan.
Start off here, complete your SOA (Statement of affairs) the members will assist as and where required.
Also, take a look at my signature and contact one of the debt charities for further assistance with your debts.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
The secured loan is a VERY bad idea.
Suggest you cancel, and then contact one of the organisations in 10past6's click-through
You're probably going to need a debt management plan with a fee-free company.0 -
