I'm not sure if this is posted correctly but it started here? After being informed of a great deal for an MP3 player for christmas i purchased 1 for my son for xmas and then my daughter being impressed asked for 1 as a replacement for a damaged Currys player in January. The sale, online from Empire Direct to which i have posted a question concerning their ethics seeing how they offered the original price in December and then in January it was hyped up by £10 with a sale offer of a reduction of £5 if purchased quickly. An enquiry to Trading Standards is in limbo awaiting a reply as to the legality of offering a product as "sale" when the price was increased by £10 from the original price?
To my alert to one and all, my daughters player has stopped working, after sending it back to the agent dealing with the warranty for repair, i have now been informed verbally by a Mike Cavey on 01187361614 from the warranty agents (who havn't been paid), that the firm MHJ manufacturing of Hongkong have gone into receivership in November 2005. They have had stacks of calls about this MP3 player and other products breaking down while the owner, a wealthy man sits in a hotel bought for his wife as a hobby in Kensington from time to time, as he laughs at the vunerable persons we are that he has stuffed. So people what can we do about another injustice, im not going to let it beat me, my daughters hard earned money is at stake and im getting it back. Any offers of advice are welcomed.

A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.
A young loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent,
the helpless, the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law.
