My son won the DS game early in February, and we waited patiently for it to arrive, and we waited, and we waited...
I emailed Cathy at Anorak to see what was happening, and she said she would contact the company who would be sending out the prize to see where it had got to.
We waited a bit more and then I contacted Cathy again. She explained that she was getting nowhere fast with this company and said that she would personally buy a copy of the DS game and send it to my DS.
Although I protested that I didn't want her to be personally out of pocket because of a situation that wasn't within her control, she insisted that she wouldn't allow my ds to be let down.
So I just want to publicly say a huge Thank You to Cathy at Anorak. :T
UPDATE:
The DS game came today - directly from Amazon as promised. Thanks again Cathy. :A
My son had to go to hospital yesterday because a silly boy at school threw a stone which hit him in the head. The boy threw it at another boy and my son happened to walk across its path.
This has really cheered him up though. :T
