thats half the problem why I am feeling so down at the moment...I just can't get eating normally under control I am truely ashamed of what I have eaten today, I feel sick, fat, stupid like I am a freak and I can't carry on like this anymore.
It's sounds like you're in a self-loathing cycle, and it's important to break it.
You feel down, so you eat for comfort, and so you feel down about eating, so you eat for comfort...and so on.
The important thing is to not eat for comfort - but this is not the same as not eating. The key is the comfort part, not the eating part. There are other things you can do to cheer yourself up.

One of the chemist chains is selling CO detectors for a tenner.
You can always just have it sit on a table rather than in a drawer - at least then it'll do a teeny bit of good.
I got a CO detector for £10. It is sitting on the bed all snuggly wrapped in it's plastic wrapping. Definitely adds to the ambience of the room.:o0 -
Most of us should have more confidence in ourselves & how we look.
