Is any one else getting this message when they book?

I waited an hour, no email,so tried to rebook and got the same message.weirdly it tried to book the journey twice.

Hi not sure if you managed to book...but for the past two days have been trying to book trip from manchester to london to go down for mum's chemo sessions, and am now somewhat frustrated, as the deadline is gone and I'm stuck with four useless tokens....so annoying, was booking , kept getting the same error message......
