Is any one else getting this message when they book?
We are currently experiencing a temporary intermittent fault with the website which we are now working to resolve.
If you see this message and DO NOT receive a confirmation email within a hour, your booking has been unsuccessful and you should re-book.
If you see this message and DO receive a confirmation email, then your booking has been successful and you will receive your tickets via your chosen delivery option.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I waited an hour, no email,so tried to rebook and got the same message.weirdly it tried to book the journey twice.

Hi not sure if you managed to book...but for the past two days have been trying to book trip from manchester to london to go down for mum's chemo sessions, and am now somewhat frustrated, as the deadline is gone and I'm stuck with four useless tokens....so annoying, was booking , kept getting the same error message......
