I received an email saying that i had won an ipod from the Mito comp

The quote my cloest dealer as being:
MANGOLETSI
LONDON ROAD (A50)
ALLOSTOCK
KNUTSFORD
CHESHIRE
WA16 9NS But as i live it cambridge this dealer is over 2hrs drive away (or 2 days walking which i would have to do as i dont drive! :rotfl:)

I phoned and the lady who i spoke to said the computer looked at my address and thought this was the cloest to me. I said that my nearest dealer was Bury and she said she would call me letting me know if it will be possible to send the prize there.

However it has now been 2 weeks and i have not been call, i tried emailing them but have got no reply.

I dont know what to do next. if i leave it much longer i fear i will lose my prize, and this is the first time i have won something i REALLY REALLY want!

Please can someone help!

EDIT - i received an email today saying that they were dealing with my case and will respond in the next 24hrs! thank you all for the advice! :T

I would send a final email advising them that you will be contacting the Advertising Standards Authority if this isn't resolved to your complete satisfaction within 7 days.

I had a dispute with OK mag and the ASA sorted it out for me very quickly.

You have a 4 week window to get the prize in dont worry,just get them to send it to Bury as you want as there are another 2 weeks left to get it in and then do trading standards etc.

i think the title is a bit unfair on the promoters as they havent actually said you will not recieve this prize
