Following on from another post i made here earlier
Just checked my credit file again
Under court and insolvency information
Bankrupt Court date 05/01/2004 hopefully should be removed from credit record 05/01/2010
CCJ
Court Date 10/1/2005
Satisfied Date 11/08/2006
When will this be removed from my credit report 2011 or 2012
I dont see how the CCJ date can be after my bankruptcy
Any help cheers

Not sure to be honest but I think it needs to be removed as I am assuming it is from a debt that went into your BR pot.
If you look at the Credit Reference File clean up there should be an address for you to write to.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
That's what i thought
Have just found another one on my report without a satisfied date
They were both part of my petition for bankruptcy
These Equifax reports are really confusing to read
Just waiting for the Experian one through credit expert but despite me ordering many reports from them they keep wanting address verification every time
Think it confuses them that i lived at an address moved away and then moved back there
Equifax and Callcredit never want any further proof:mad:0 -
If you go to a web site called checkmyfile.com and are prepared to pay a little think it's about £15 you can access all 3 agencies and whats more it is sectioned off into different tabs so really user friendly and so easy to make sense of. Gives you your ratings. Personally i have found it very helpful in the past cos it's just so easy to read and make sense of.0

Thanks Michelle
May well give that a try
Do you get to look at them once or can you keep going back to it0
