Hi, this would be better on the Shop But Don't Drop board as this isn't a grabbit as there is no end date, it is always available

I did consider long and hard before posting...

One of the little drawbacks with such a large site as this is the number of available options. It's difficult to please everybody that some posts are in the right place.

Did you notice this also:-

Sign up to paper-free billing and Direct Debit and we'll give you £1.23 off your BT line rental each month* (£1.25 from 1st April). That's a saving of £14.76 a year.

I personally think its very unfair on some of the older generation who do not use computers and have no internet access so cannot get a discount on their bills. I am a young(ish) 'un and we use the internet for alot of our bills but my dad loses out as he has no inclination to join the computer age and would struggle with it anyway. They pay on time, etc. What about a prompt payment discount for those not online?
