I did consider long and hard before posting...
One of the little drawbacks with such a large site as this is the number of available options. It's difficult to please everybody that some posts are in the right place.
Then there are the dozens of wannabe moderators....

I personally think its very unfair on some of the older generation who do not use computers and have no internet access so cannot get a discount on their bills. I am a young(ish) 'un and we use the internet for alot of our bills but my dad loses out as he has no inclination to join the computer age and would struggle with it anyway. They pay on time, etc. What about a prompt payment discount for those not online?0
