Help Needed On Letter Charges

i dont no if i am in the correct place, but here goes.
i have just made my last payment to a company , then ive had an extra bill saying i owe another 200.00, i asked why this was, and it was for when i made the odd late payment, ok, but i was wanting to no can thay charge me £25.00 a time for letters, and can i ask for a statement to see when these payments were surpose to be late , as this is all news to me. so some advice would be good:j

Write them a letter asking for written evidence within 10 days (send it rec delivery).
