  • Hi Robert, All my official documentation is still held at the old address. The tenant forwards my post to me.

    We always knew what we were doing was dodgy, but at the time we couldn't see a way out - as we needed to split from each other. There was a slim chance that we would have got back together so we didn't want to make any drastic decisions.

    No requirement to register business in advance unless income is above 15k per year. Rental income should be included in the tax return of the relevent year, obviously.
